In addition to taking payments via credit card through Stripe, we accept debit cards, PayPal, and Alipay. Through the credit card option in payments, we also offer Amazon pay. 

Yes, our website is secure. Editor World uses the industry standard (256-bit SSL) encryption for communications between our website and your computer. This is the same as what is used for top retail stores and cash machines (ATMs).

We offer an instant price calculator, and our transparent pricing is based on two things: word count and turnaround time. We provide instant quotes for all of our standard services. Using our price calculator, first select whether you need writing, rewriting, or editing services. Next, type in your word count and select the turnaround time to get an exact price. 

Our primary processing system for credit and debit cards is provided by Stripe. Through Stripe, Amazon Pay is available. We also offer PayPal and Alipay as payment options. 

Editor World uses industry standard (256-bit SSL) encryption for communications between our site and your computer. This is the strength used for top retail stores and cash machines (ATMs). When you pay by credit card, we do not store your card details on our servers; the fields where you enter your card credit details are served directly to your computer by our secured payment processor, and card details are communicated directly to our processor and your issuing bank, all over encrypted connections. Editor World strives to ensure that your work and personal details are safe.

Editor World accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and JCB cards). We have a secure credit card processing system provided by Stripe. We also accept payments through PayPal and Alipay. Clients also have the option of adding credit to their account to use in the future. In this case, clients purchase the credit and then select "Credit" when submitting a writing, rewriting, or editing request. The cost of the transaction will then be deducted from the total credit amount.  

Payment information is submitted at the same time you place your order. When your payment has been approved, the writer or editor selected receives a notification of the transaction and begins work on the document.

 

To avoid delays in processing your order and returning the revised document to you, please be sure to provide an accurate word count. We double check the word count paid for with the word count in the uploaded document.

Yes, clients can add credit to their account to pay for writing, rewriting, and editing services in the future. This is helpful for individuals and businesses that must pay for services before a specific funding period ends.

 

For example, many academics must spend their professional development funds within the current fiscal year or they will lose the funds. In this case, the client pays for services now, adding credit to his or her account, and can use them for writing, rewriting, editing, and proofreading services in the future.

Yes, Editor World provides Corporate Accounts that allow employers to prepay for writing and editing services to be used by designated employees. The employer can monitor the employee accounts and add or remove employees as needed. 

Yes, you can add credit to your account to spend on editing and proofreading services in the future. After logging in, click on Credit in your Client Console. Add the US dollar amount to add to your account, and proceed to payment. You can pay for credit directly through our secure website or through PayPal. 

Yes, Editor World provides professional writing, editing, and proofreading services for clients around the globe. To request writing, rewriting, and/or editing and proofreading services, you can use a credit or debit card, PayPal, or Alipay. Our team of native English writers and editors is available 24/7, 365 days a year worldwide.

No, we do not add sales tax or VAT to the price you are quoted for our services. Use our price calculator to view the total price for wriing, rewriting, and editing services. The price you see is the total price (with the exception of editing PowerPoint and PDF, which are at 1.5x the rate) for our services.

Individual editors offer a discount of up to 20%, and the coupon codes for these discounts are found in individual editor profiles. We occasionally offer coupon codes in our newsletter and on our social media pages, so be sure to follow us:

Our minimum word limit to purchase editing and proofreading services varies by the turnaround time (see our Prices page for details). The minimum word limit is required to cover administrative and payment processing costs. If you have several documents with a low word count, you can combine them to save money.

 

We do not have a minimum word count for our writing and rewriting services. 

Prices for our writing, rewriting, and editing and proofreading services are listed on our Prices page with an instant price calculator. Please note that the prices for editing PowerPoint and PDF files are 1.5 times the regular price.

We provide a currency converter to help you view a price quote in a variety of currencies. Your payment is processed in U.S. dollars during checkout (unless you're paying through Stripe and choose your currency) and your card issuer, PayPal, or Alipay converts the amount to your local currency based on its own exchange rate, which may vary slightly from our quote.

Submitting a transaction for writing, editing, and proofreading services does require registering as a client. To register as a client, simply enter an email address, password, username, first name, last name, and how you heard about us. An automated email will be sent to you that requires you to verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email.

Your payment will appear on your bill as Editor World LLC. You will receive a detailed invoice from Editor World as well as a receipt from Stripe, PayPal, or Alipay (depending on your payment type).
