I am a young professional who is deeply passionate about reading, writing, and teaching. I hold a BA in English Literature from Kenyon College, an MA in Teaching with an emphasis in Secondary English/Language Arts from USC, and a Certificate in Publishing from the University of Denver Publishing Institute. I have received ample training in copy-editing and proofreading, as well as the ins and outs of the publishing industry.
There is little I love more than seeing an idea come to fruition through a well-planned and well-written essay, article, or dissertation. I am a fiend for correct grammar, and am intimately familiar with Strunk and White, as well as the MLA, APA, and Chicago styles. I currently teach sixth grade English at a small independent school, and tutor students of all ages in my free time.
