Compared to my previous editors, this editor's attitude was perfunctory and less responsible. After I provided feedback, editor only did further proofreading on the abstract of my thesis, and even then, the grammar was corrected incorrectly, showing a lack of responsibility. If the website administrators do not address the subsequent issues, I will not use this website's services anymore.
