Textpro did a good job in making my writing more concise without changing my voice.

However, I will have to give him a score of 3 because his service was different from what I expected. About 2 days ago, I had few questions about his editing and sent him a message; yet, he still has not read my message. One of the questions asked why he did not leave any comments or suggestions for my writing (which he wrote he would do for his clients in his editor description page). I am not sure whether his service was supposed to include giving comments and suggestions. If not, I hope he changes his editor description page accrodingly so that his future clients know what to expect from his service.

This editor is the best!  I highly recommend using this editor for any and all editing needs.  I am learning a lot from the corrections and comments provided.  This editor is also super fast and meets all deadlines with ease.  This is very much appreciated especially since I am a student with tight deadlines.

I hate to give poor ratings. Sometimes people just have bad days. That being said, my editor was late on his turnaround and did a very poor job on my document. I could not use most of his comments or insertions. If I had just accepted all corrections without reading through it first, my paper would have been worse than when I turned it in for review.

I'm torn because I've had good results with Editor World in the past. This experience has made me unsure of whether I want to use the service again.
