The editor took a great care of my research paper, always submits documents before their deadline, and respond promptly to follow ups. Additionally, the editor offered proofreading for the previously edited documents. This made me more comfortable and confidant to submit my work. I cannot wish for more than this professionalism, area knowledge, and consistency --and it is always a delight to work with.
