I appreciated the help with the document because I am not a strong writer, but some highlights were unexplained large pieces of the paper that were not commented on, etc and I was unsure if those sections were good or unread.

I am actually quite disappointed with this work, to be honest.
I made a payment to "editing "and to be "researcher level", which means I paid more to get a better job done. This work is just proofreading, not editing. My expectation was a post-grad degree, but this work is only for college assignments.
I thought this editor's academic background was in psychology. So, I thought she would understand all philosophical and medical terminologies all that.
Her work does not meet my expectations and is definitely not researcher-level. Maybe for a bachellor or college student, it will fit.
She put question marks and put comments, saying she does not understand what it means for many words. Well.. at least she could google. And she did not put any effort into finding out about vocabularies she did not know. Also it appears as she hasn't done any research work as she has no idea what all these terms were.
I am sorry if I am talking too harsh. But I am just being so honest. This is not the first time I have got my paper edited. Compared to the previous site a few weeks ago, the quality of her job is poor, and really, this is not worth what I paid for at all. So disappointed.
